Late one December I was seriously ill. My heart's rhythms were constantly changing. My pulse would spontaneously skyrocket two or three times a day. My eyes would lose focus while my mind would race with fear. I became lost in a sea of physical trauma.


One evening I was lying on the couch - my little world for those last months because I could barely move - and I felt an overwhelming sense of peace. My body felt strangely wonderful. I walked into the where my wife was cooking in the kitchen and said, "I think I am well. I even walked in here." She saw it differently. She couldn't understand a word I said, because to her, I was slurring my speech. "That's odd...", I thought. She helped me back to the couch. As I started to lay back down, the next surprise happened... suddenly I was looking down at myself from above the room. I could hear the conversations all around me... neighbors talking, phones ringing.



With the economic and job climate in the world today, now is the time to learn about your purpose, line up your talents and passions and set a plan to create your life your way.  You have the power! 



I next found myself in a nondescript space and felt a Presence... profound, powerful, gentle, loving... but yet somehow familiar.  I was surrounded with an unusual feeling of going home.  This Presence expressed to me that I had a purpose to complete, and offered me a choice... I could return to my body or continue into the Light. 


The peace and joy of going on to the Light pulled me as if I were a moth.  Strangely, it felt like I had chosen this Light before... but this time I didn't.  I realized if I didn't complete what I had come to this world to do, I would have yet another lifetime.  I decided to come back.


The recovery process was anything but usual.  It was very difficult for me to be in crowds.  The energy from all the people was like electrical jolts to my body.  The overload caused me to shake uncontrollably.

But, What Exactly Was I Here To Do?


I thought coming out of this experience I could complete this life purpose like a superman, and I would no longer have the earthly obstacles to overcome.  Was I wrong!  For three or four months, I struggled to understand my purpose.  So what was I here to be, and how was I supposed to fulfill a purpose I didn't fully understand?


There were also powerful positive changes my brush with the beyond.  My sense of life was deeply awakened.  The voice of intuition roared loudly.  I was given insights into my life and I understood what some of the ancient mysteries were trying to tell us.  I came to realize it was this voice that I had to call on to ask what my purpose was and why I existed - and it didn't disappoint me.


This voice has provided answers to my most pressing questions, not just those about my life's purpose.  The most exciting thing I learned was that this voice is available to each of us anytime.  Anyone can learn how to access it to get answers to their most profound questions.

I believe that there are three main components, how can we knowingly participate in our human experience. Here is our spirit, our ego and our "I".The core of your soul is the "I" of the Spirit and the ego. help Guide "I."

We have a choice of whether to live Always in the spirit or ego. We've heard both voices in our heads and Even gets to choose which of them will get the drivers seat in a given time.

Is this old story of the Angel and the devil on your shoulder. these two voices are chattering on the us always. Then we ask you to listen to. Sometimes knowingly making their selection, and sometimes we try it on a subconscious level.

Many people who are on the path of spiritual growth that must be abolished completely, the ego must fight or slaughtered ego. this conviction directly is ego-driven. Ego is used for the purpose. Ego has its place in the human experience. We must learn to peace and understanding with our ego, not to slaughter him.

Ego is trying to help us is as lost and confused in the best way to do that. Our higher self or spirit, is also trying to help us.Spirit is always much easier and more beneficial. but the ego is clever. Ego will present us with options that look like a better path, though often not.

If we can come to a different location, where we will endeavour to combat and ego State we can come to peace and understanding, we can experience TRUE harmony of the inner peace in our lives ... If you try to completely deny ego gets stronger.Find your weaknesses, your lower bad habits, desires, addictions, etc. and draws, so that the ego can take control.

Perhaps you know the Law Of Attraction. Law Of Attraction is The Spirit and The Ego.Our thoughts and feelings, which activate The Law Of Attraction. Spirit and ego have their changes to the control of our thoughts and feelings.

If your ego is totally denied for too long, it uses its influence in the ideas attract things that we most situation, which will reduce your vibrational energy. This is how the ego ensures its survival.

It is appropriate to allow your ego and have some time to play, rather than deny is completely. but you know when you are giving your ego has knowingly, time to play.For many people, was unaware that he has the choice, so their ego has the full control permission without them even realizing it.Is similar to a parent was in a deep deep sleep and their teenage son had complete control over their House, car, money, and everything else, and it was, whether they wanted to, without supervision.

Choose a suitable period of time provide your ego, that is the "play time".Knowingly choice and feel safe about their selection, blameless. If you choose your ego gets control of the times, it protects against the ego takeover without you realizing at the moment.

Now, it takes practice, awareness, and also, in practice, strengthening the connection to spirit. we all have different levels we are connected to the ego or the spirit of some much more connections to the ego, and some of the more than one connection to spirit.

Always remember that you are the "I", which has the power to decide to listen to your higher Self or your ego or "rights." or "bad" is important, that knowingly make your selection, and I don't live your life in the environment of an automatic pilot, to respond to around without conscious awareness.

Self-Improvement-success is created through stories

When I was a boy, my family had a large dog. We had gotten him when he was a puppy.It was a Beagle has and we called the Pongo (after the father in the Disney dog 101 Dalmatians.) Yes, this is called a Beagle has after a Dalmatian. When you're five years lots of things make sense.

When I was in high school, Pongo got cancer. This made me very sad. I loved my dog. We grew up together. Has always been there for me.When I was upset and you need to speak, I sit there Pongo and listen just my. even if he does not understand what I think he understood my feelings. Well, I don't want to see my friend die so I prayed for God to heal my dog.

Sometime back we went to the vet Pongo. The vet was shocked. Cancer was completely lost. Pongo was to be healed. My friend, my question to you is if God would heal a boy dog because of faith, then what would God because of your faith? You can see, God loves us more than animals.We take the utmost specialness. He will bless us. He will heal us. He will prosper only if we believe us.

Will remind you and myself the immortal words of the Bible. "Look at the birds in the air. They do not plant or harvest or storage of food at closing, but your Heavenly father feeds them. And you know you're worth more than the birds ...God clothes the grass field, which is alive today, but tomorrow is thrown into the fire.So you can be even more confident that God would have been removed.Don't have so little faith! don't worry and say, ' What will we eat? "or" what will we drink? ' or ' What we wear? "people who don't know God to keep trying to get these things, and your father in heaven knows you need them.The thing to want more is KINGDOM of God and doing what God wants, then all these other things needed you will be given you "(Matthew 6: 26, 30-33 NCV).

Self limitation Is likely to affect your success?


Limiting belief refers to a system of belief that it is self-inhibiting. This system discourages exploration of what we understand as a broader cognitive "space". The belief was in this type of system perpetuated strongly held, often due to heavy emotional attachment. (For example, a parent faith were passed onto a new generation) Interestingly, self-limiting beliefs have been observed in both humans and animals. What's important, however, is the idea of "limited beliefs"?

The first question is where do they come limiting beliefs. Upbringing and parental stability is an important factor in determining beliefs source. However, they also other factors such as a person's credentials, and their personal perceptions of the world (based on the experience and learning). Consider a few examples of self-limiting beliefs.As you read over them, you'll find that these beliefs are not so scientific, but very relatable situations that you may hear from friends and acquaintances.(Maybe even from your mouth.)

o "this is my destiny can escape me."
o "you must do this because no one else can."
o "Are simply people waiting for me."
o "I'm just like my father and I cannot change it."
o "If someone tell the truth, they will take their business elsewhere."
o "you've always gotten this result so that anything else is unrealistic."

All these statements are not limiting beliefs you assign specific qualities of the person cannot be escaped or sizable. These properties could be features, roles or features. The person may feel burdened to continue their journey (dangerously or disagreeable) due to the need to follow this limiting belief.The truth is that a person choosing their own path and they can't understand having to break the cycle and that besides standard life.

o "can't do.I know this is possible. "
o "there is no point in even trying."

These statements declared for limiting belief, in which the person decides he or she cannot be completed successfully, and so there is no point trying. This isn't so much a quality of total cynicism or pessimism, rather, a lack of self-confidence that doesn't allow the person to broaden their horizons, or think a scenario that includes their success for change.The argument of man power, since he or she submits under-qualification for a task at hand?In some cases this may be true.For example, if a person with no training or experience fantasizes about becoming world-renowned scientist; on the other hand, if a person provides continuous unreal objectives, rather than focus on a more feasible ones (or those that might be considered just a straight), strongly could indicate a self-limiting belief system that insists on an individual's chronic suffering. If you try to do something the same way you have always done this, you'll still have the same effect on your results or even to stay as over time-and you don't do this.

"I am very educated about this person.Know more about this than one of you. This is the way to go.It makes sense. "

The smarter is a person, the more kicks it realizes there are many perspectives and multiple responses to a particular problem.Unwillingness to compromise, claiming that a particular opinion is right, defines these types of situations.Usually, a person who teaches this self-limiting belief is not open to explore other ideas and may refuse any contradictions or stifle plea or argument.Even if a person who is the creator of the belief accepted core, he or she can continue to perpetuate it.Contrary to popular belief, it is not always about maintaining control-sometimes it is simply a strong self-limiting belief.

o "this is the only logical conclusion."
o "this is the way it should be".

These statements indicate that a particular action or result is the only way to resolve a problem. what decides what? of course, the person who has already formed their own system limited belief and rejects any contradictory arguments.

Somehow those self-limiting beliefs is especially. However, given that they have resolved to complete a course of action is in accordance with their own Subliminal projects, destiné ourselves success or failure.

3 Steps for improving low-Self Esteem

Based on our discussion thus far it is obvious that improving low self esteem should be a major goal of someone engaged in a personal growth effort. We know that healthy self esteem is "The disposition to experience oneself as being competent to cope with the basic challenges of life and of being worthy of happiness." (Nathaniel Branden). We have also looked at some symptoms of low self esteem and discovered a few ways it infects. And with that background information in hand it's time to move on to the good stuff; improving low self esteem


Here are a few of the proposed remedies I found on the 'Net:


1) Accept that you are a wonderful person, unique in the entire world.


2) Halt destructive thoughts; try to stop thinking negatively about yourself.


3) Accentuate the positive; think of things you do well.


4) Make a list of things you like about yourself.


5) View mistakes as opportunities to learn.


6) Make a contribution.


7) Recognize your potential.


8) Stop comparing yourself to others.


9) Use affirmations: "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it; people like me!"


Had enough of this drivel? I know I have! (By the way; that affirmation was recited in a "Saturday Night Live" skit by Stuart Smalley, a character invented by Senator Al Franken of Minnesota.)


I'm sure that the people (all of which had impressive initials behind their names) who prescribed those remedies are all well intentioned despite being somewhat misleading. Those suggested cures will alleviate feelings of low self esteem about as much as a Band-Aid would relieve bleeding from a radial artery; not very long and not very well.


Suggesting to an adult who was sexually abused as a child that the feelings of unworthiness that have haunted her all her life will magically disappear by standing in front of a mirror and repeating, "I am a wonderful person, unique in the entire world" is ludicrous-sorry about the run-on sentence. I can only believe that psychologists and therapists who offer these methods as cures either have no personal experience with this malady or their fees for preaching such nonsense are more important with providing a real remedy. Granted, the Band-Aid's time will come, but not until the wound is sufficiently healed; it is inappropriate and insufficient until some major mending takes place.


My purported expertise on the topics presented here was not acquired in the theoretical environs of the classroom, nor did I learn them solely while reading Napoleon Hill in the comfort of my easy chair. Rather, I learned them by experiencing them. And the experience of improving self esteem that had wallowed in the gutter for decades is the source of my expertise and uncharacteristic arrogance on this subject. Herewith I present the unique approach of improving self esteem that worked for me-and will work for you!


"I define self esteem as one's beliefs about oneself,"


... I said earlier. The operative word here is "belief"; beliefs are not facts, they are merely a confidence in the truth of a person or thing. Santa Claus; the Easter Bunny; a flat world; "I am not worth of success"; "I just can't face the world another day"; not facts, just beliefs. Beliefs can be wrong and beliefs can be changed. And if we can change a disempowering belief about our self we can begin improving self esteem.


I've written extensively about the power of beliefs and how to change them. If you're reading this page because you're seriously looking for a remedy I urge you to spend some time digesting those two pages. I will continue, however, to present a "lite" version on how to change a belief.


Step 1: Identify the belief.


Ask yourself, "What are my beliefs about myself that make me feel unworthy or unable to cope?" This may take some work but it's critical that you clearly identify those thoughts you harbor about yourself that are causing your self esteem to suffer.


Example: "I'm an underachiever."


Step 2: Confirm or discredit the belief.


Is it true? Are you in fact that which you accuse yourself of being? Who told you so? Are they a credible source? Beliefs are supported by "references" much like a table is supported by legs. If the legs are defective the beliefs they support crumble; truth prevails.


"I can't do anything right." Anything? Or just that one thing? Oops, there goes a leg!


"It's your fault I turned out this way." Are you a marionette? Do you have no say whatsoever in how your life is run? There goes another one!


"I'm an underachiever." In all things? Do you not do well at anything you attempt? Tim-ber!


We've discredited three beliefs and those who held them should be on their way to healthier self image. Can it happen that fast? Absolutely; never underestimate the powers of awareness and logic.


For example; let's say that you're a little kid and your parents have told you that Santa, who you steadfastly believe in, might show up to pass out an early gift on Christmas Eve.


Sure enough, there's a knock on the door, a hearty "Ho, Ho, Ho," and in he walks. After the initial excitement dies down you notice that your rotund grandmother is not present; "Hey! Where's Grandma?" you ask. The room suddenly gets very quiet and you notice odd looks on the faces of your parents and older brothers. "Oh, I think she went upstairs to the bathroom," your mother replies. A closer look at Santa's face tells you in no uncertain terms that she's here in the room with you.


I remember that event pretty clearly. The instant I became aware that Mr. Claus was actually my grandmother dressed up in a red suit and cheap beard the belief died. When I made a list of all the beliefs I held about myself that disempowered me I wrote "I'm lazy". It took about 30 seconds to note plenty of evidence to the contrary. I'd become aware that I was in fact pretty ambitious with most tasks I performed; the legs crumbled and the belief died.


Step 3: Pain and Pleasure Associations


Your table is rockin' because the legs that support it are getting shaky. Now it's time to put that belief six feet under by evaluating the pain and pleasure associations of keeping it or getting rid of it. Ask yourself,


"If I retain this (now discredited but long-held) belief how much more pain will I have to endure?" And then,


"If I accept the evidence that this belief is invalid and let it go, how much pleasure will I experience when it's gone?"


Make it hurt-bad! Make it feel blissfully good. Write it down; shout it out, cry from the pain, dance naked from the pleasure! Your associations of pain and pleasure drive every action you take. Use the power of this deceptively simple fact of human behavior to shatter those limiting beliefs and start living your life!


That should do it for the beliefs that were based on false references;


...but sometimes it doesn't. There's one possible "catch" to letting go of long-held disempowering beliefs.


Low self esteem often involves blame.


By exorcising the demons of esteem you now come to the terrifying realization that you and you alone are responsible for the results you produce in your life. You can no longer say, "I'm unworthy and unable to cope because of the man who molested me", or "the parent who debased me", or "the people who teased me mercilessly for being overweight." But you've blamed someone for years! You have a choice to make. Will you blame you or embrace the newly liberated you?


One option will lead to guilt and a whole new rationalization for your continued low self esteem and the ensuing misery that's become so familiar to you. And the guilt you'll feel is far worse than the anger and blame you've endured for so long-trust me, I know.


The other option will lead to acceptance of personal responsibility and the unknown. To prosper in this new world you will have to rely on the talents, abilities and values of a person you lost touch with many years ago. Which path will you choose?


Step 2 of this process states "Confirm or discredit; what if the belief is in fact true?


"I'm just an average salesman." That was one of my disempowering beliefs, and here's my comment to self:


"Guilty. My attempting to excel as a salesman would be akin to a chicken trying to excel as a chicken hawk." I was trying to be good at something I just did not have the talent to do well.


I continued selling for several years after I did the "beliefs exercise" and nothing changed; the disempowering belief continued to prevent me from improving my self esteem until I made a critical decision.


Success (and the ensuing pleasurable feelings we all desire) in any endeavor comes easier to those who are "designed" to do that thing. An acorn is designed to become an oak tree; it cannot become an elm. I was not designed to be a salesman but I tried to be one anyway, and with not-so-good results. And to make a bad situation worse I felt terribly guilty and angry at myself for betraying the "design" that I knew lived in me; I had chosen the first option described above.


I'd begun writing a book 16 years earlier and one day, after becoming unusually sick and tired of living the lie, I decided to embrace option 2. I didn't know where this would lead but I vowed to proceed with the faith that I would grow into a magnificent oak tree. I began writing and in short order two amazing things happened; the guilt disappeared and my low self esteem became a thing of the past.


Does that mean the radial artery wound has healed?


Almost. The bleeding has stopped and the stitches are out but the wound still requires a little TLC. That's where the techniques at the top of this page come into play. Negative thoughts still try to creep in and convince me that I'm just an average guy who doesn't sell very well. While I can't quite bring myself to sing my own praises I do demand those self deprecating thoughts vacate the premises. I don't care what others think, do or have; I like the way I think, I do what I want (sometimes!) and I have everything I need to be happy. I am doing my best to make a contribution by sharing this story. I learn from my mistakes. And most importantly, every morning I stand in front of the bathroom mirror and proclaim,


"I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it; people like me!

If you look at the most perifronitea people in history, who has done more for the world, people who have pushed forward society, you will find always an important feature of courage. But what is the courage?

S. j. Rachman, a Canadian Psychologist specialising in fear and courage, says that many people think courage as fearlessness. However, Rachman defines courage as persistence of fear and anxiety.

Courage is a personal effort, which is equivalent to the capacity to act when other less courage won't. is the ability to act in spite of fear and overwhelming opposition. Is the ability to act in spite of difficulties, despair and sometimes personal physical, imminent danger.

Ask yourself: who is more courageous person personal have known? Then, which is the most courageous person you can recognize throughout history? Now, what was the courageous characteristics that caused these people to choose? My Personal favorite is Winston Churchill. At the end of World War II, Churchill was head of the Navy.After a large naval defeat, was removed from Office and then had to endure more than 20 years of rejection of political views; admittedly sometimes Suffered too low. But he never in countless convictions. Views were proved right ultimately when the Germans tile (s) through Europe, Churchill was the obvious choice to become Britain's wartime Prime Minister.

Personal courage and determination helped to inspire an entire nation to continue to resist the force which must have seemed to more ... insurmountable.Even Churchill was not a person is likely to be courageous. "BRAIN POWER" our Genie successfully

There were lots of theories going around in the past about positive thinking, affirmations etc, however until the development since 1996s of the computer enhanced scan and imagery techniques and equipment such as functional MRI scans and PET (Positron Emission Tomography) imagery equipment; very few theories were proven as facts! It used to be believed that geniuses were born with more brain cells than the rest of us. This is now known to be false! Each of us is born with the same number of brain cells! (Oh just a few ONLY About 100 billion!) It used to be believed that your brain was "hard-wired" when you were born; that you are a product of your genetics alone, and therefore champions and successful famous stars are born not made. Not true! Your brain is constantly growing NEW connections and NEW neuron patterns, every second of every minute of every day of your life! This means that your capacity is almost limitless! You are today a different person than you were yesterday! You are not the same today as you will be tomorrow!


You are constantly capable of CHANGE! Your brain's neuron patterns and connections are moving and changing with every thought, learning task, or memory that you experience! The total number and capacity of new connections, and new skills and learning neuron patterns that EACH of our individual brains can form, is the number 1 followed by 6.2 million miles of zeros! No human being has ever been known, (Einstein included,) to use more than 1% of this capacity! Phew!! WHO KNEW!!


What type of NEW neuron connections are you making? Are they positive possibility thoughts and memories? Or are they negative, "That's the way I am" connections! Your brain-capacity for success is limitless! And it all starts in that little 3-pound thing, we call our brain. Your brain will "process" information (the "what") and form new Dendrite Spiny Protuberances (DSP's) via repetition, association, and emotions.


Water and writers block!


You probably already know that water is important for your body to function properly. But do you really know how vitally important it is? You've seen marathon runner's collapse halfway through the race due to dehydration because they didn't drink at the first water posts because they weren't thirsty at the time. And maybe you concluded that since you are not a professional top athlete water isn't that essential for your performance and general health. But that is false information. YOU must drink lots of water.


And maybe you've heard that we can live without food for a very long time, but will succumb because of lack of fluids and brushed this information off because you may have though the likelihood of you ending up in the desert without food and water is miniscule. But we must to pay more attention to water. You know, when we think we have writers block or are finding it a challenge to remember our lines ... well my friend it could simply mean that our brain is not functioning correctly because it is simply not hydrated enough. So when we have creative work to do we MUST DRINK WATER J.


Your brain which only makes up 1% to 2% of your body weight use over 30% of your water-intake, so it's no surprise that even small water deficits has a crucial impact on your brain. And a poor brain performance has a direct impact on how much new stuff that you can learn and how well you remember it. And remember that less water will reach your brain since 45% of the water in your body travels in your blood vessels and if your blood pressure goes down, so goes the flow of water in your body.


Your concentration can drop as much as 10% and just 5% dehydration will drop the performance of your brain severely, that's severely as in a 50%+ drop. And don't count on thirst to be a reliable indicator of when you should drink your next glass of water because by the time you are thirsty it's already too late, you are 2% dehydrated and your performance has already dropped 10%.


You see, DSP's or Dendrite Spiny Protrusions or Protuberances grow in our brain when we learn, or as we learn, it is vital to learn new stuff and in vital in our creative writing process and to keep our memory healthy. And contrary to common belief and scientific truths just a decade ago the ability to learn has nothing to do with the number of brain cells, but with the number of DSP's you generate. So even if your brain cells wither and die it won't affect your ability to learn as long as you give your


DSP's the best growing conditions - water and nutrients.


Memory


How many of you are worried about gradually losing your memory? Well first of all, you need to remember to stop worrying about those things you can't control! But you CAN control or even improve your memory!


Losing your memory seems to be the great terror of our age. We are constantly assessing the fitness of our memory, but one of the great positives about this is that if you take steps to improve your memory, it can be a shortcut to an even more tempting goal: improving your intelligence! Yes we can become smarter!! And it in this area that research is just starting to jump in and find some great results and ideas that can be again applied outside the medical field into the self-motivation and achievement field.


The most important finding from the research is that memory is effected by the usage levels of our neuron patterns. In other words, if we, as we get older, use certain neuron connections and patterns less and less, those patterns literally atrophy, and it is much more difficult for nerve impulses (thoughts) to go down those pathways. This is a problem that is absolutely easily remedied! The old adage, "Use it or lose it!" vital for you. As we get older, we become more consistent in our daily lives, with certain patterns of activity developing. We drive along the same routes and stuck in the same rut day after day, with the same activities. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "Foolish consistency is the is the hobgoblin for a wasted life." This is bad for the brain! And remember Emerson said "Foolish Consistency," which to me means doing the same things we have always done and then expecting things in our lives to change!


It is like trying to be a world-class wrestler like our good mate Rock was and by only exercising your left arm and nothing more. It doesn't work. What can we you do about it? Get out of our so-called rut. Drive a different way every day. Read different magazines, take new trips, and try new things. And above all, exercise ALL of your brain. Begin to REALLY listen when others are speaking. STOP yourself from immediately cutting in with YOUR stuff. Listen and you will learn and grow more DSP's. And please do not waste your life.


Today is a beautiful Sunday and people are out and about enjoying the sunshine. I am here in my office writing this article about Brain Power as this is not only helping me grow new DSP's it is also helping you. It IS important to enjoy our lives of course however lets not waste our precious time doing the same old stuff over and over again. And believe me I am in heaven writing this now. I am ENJOYING my day immensely.


Let us all now get out of our old thinking boxes. Let us ALL Learn about NEW things. Another thing that we can do is get smarter that our brain! As we get older our brain tries to outsmart us. It is a biological fact that the brain cannot store energy. It constantly needs to replenish its energy after it performs a given function. When we get a great idea or new thought from the universe, it is first placed into short-term memory. Unless this thought or idea is then taken by us and put into long-term memory, the idea will disappear or dissipate within 30 seconds to 12 minutes. So it is vital that we use artificial methods to take down these new thoughts. Write it down or do what I do and carry a small tape recorder with you wherever you go. Later I put these ideas into a tape folder and then catalog them. When I do have time to write a new song or book chapter etc I go to my tape file and have them transcribed.


It has been said that ALL of us, each year, have about four great new ideas, that if we acted upon any one of them with persistence, that idea could make us millions of dollars! I am sure there MUST have been a time when saw a new product or business or book and you said to yourself, "Oh my Gosh I had that idea. Someone has stolen MY idea." Well my friend YOU did not take action on an idea that probably quite a few others were given from the Universe on that same day. So get all of these new ideas down before your shot term memory loses them forever. I really think that these new ideas are floating around in space and a few of us take in these ideas at the same time however it is the individual THAT takes action first, who deserves the success!


Now back to some more brain power facts.............


New brain-research confirms that the repetition of statements over and over forms new neural pathways (neurodes), that can subsequently fire as a "belief", and that when this neural "belief" pattern fires, it will trigger new activity or actions on the part of the individual, directly in line and consistent with this new belief! This was written about by Napoleon Hill in his book "Think and Grow Rich," Norman Vincent Peale in his book, "The Power Of Positive Thinking" and Claude M Bristol in his book, "The Magic of Believing" and these authors were all writing about this back in the 1920's, 30's and 40's.


It's so wonderful to know that the things we're speaking about today as far as the metaphysical, and remember "Meta" just means beyond or above the physical. Which means whenever you are thinking, you are being metaphysical. It's as simple as that, it's not woo woo stuff.


Now, let's have a look at some of these statistics. We have 100 billion brain cells. WOW!! Now, the brain is stimulated, no matter what our age, when we begin to thing about something new or when we start to create new thoughts. When we start to learn something new, the brain is stimulated and it begins to form "Dendrite Spiny Protrusions", which we will call "DSPs."


An individual may have just learned a new language or just become emotionally excited about something new and they are starting to think. They are thinking of something NEW (ideas and thoughts not presently in their old subconscious list or memories) they are thinking, so DSPs are being formed. When you are emotional or excited, even if you are pretending to be excited and at the same time learning something new it is a powerful combination and it has been proven that DSPs will then be formed irrespective of what our present age.


You know even if we are just acting happy and emotional and not really feeling it..... It STILL works. So, act as if and you will become. This is extremely important to know. Even if you are just pretending and you start saying out loud, "Whoa! I'm excited. I'm really excited." Even if there are doubts and fears lying underneath, you will still get new DSPs growing in your brain. So keep doing that for all of your life so your brain stays stimulated. Remember our past is not a precedent for our future!! I too have to constantly remind myself of this. If someone in your past did something you do not like it DOES not mean that others will also do the same. We HAVE to learn to trust again and to be our VERY best with each and every new audition or life experience. We have to GET over the past sad or negative experiences in order to create a new happy successful life experiences.


So, isn't THIS ALL EXCITING ? I love neuroscience because it's proven that even our doubts and fears cannot stop our success. We can even pretend our way to success. Cary Grant said, "I pretended to be Cary Grant for so long I ended up becoming Cary Grant."

Ruth Graham, daughter of the famous Evangelist Billy Graham, gave us a glimpse of palliative care, inspired in a person's journey through hell. Living our lives often is cluttered and difficult. Our life will undoubtedly take each one of us through our unique "dark nights of the soul." too often we "chaos" and fall short of an incredibly high mark us and others for ourselves. This may come to an overwhelming sense of guilt, depression and feelings of worthlessness. And suddenly we realize also that there is no religion or belief system in the world that protects from being a human being.

Life is wonky. I think that pretty much describes wonky in their everyday lives. In a day may encounter joy, frustration, laughter, tears of pure happiness, excitement, and frustration. This is quite wonky when you consider. But that's life. A sweet, precious life.


How then does one to rediscover joy after crisis or difficult period in their lives? Ordinary people bounce somehow back in extraordinary ways.What is the secret? I believe that these steps as your roadmap to rediscovering joy and celebrating the truth!


The opinion of rediscovering joy after a judgment as a culmination of baby steps.The first step on the journey back into the routine of everyday life; simplicity in routine can help you bounce back and get comfort. From there, the next few steps will make all the difference in how you can really find joy and your "true self" which probably had lost along the way.


Dive into things that your passionate about and do lots of it. This is a great way to boost the confidence and fuels the soul, leading eventually to start taking leap of faith. Confidence and Self-Esteem is talked about a lot-but what I do Mean & How I obtain them?

Self-esteem has much to do with a confidence in your own merit as an individual. It is about how you value and appreciate yourself, a value we attribute to our own self-image.


People that succeed in life are usually considered to have a high self-esteem and a positive mental attitude. They come over to others as being self-confident in their ability to succeed at what it is they are doing. Confidence is not so much about thinking you are in some way better than everyone else, but is a belief in your attributes and, where necessary, sufficient faith to put those attributes into action.


As a psychological quality, self-esteem is not something you can turn on and off like a light. It has however, something to do with a method of thinking that can be taught and, when practiced, can become self-perpetuating, resulting in a noticeable improvement in confidence. Once acquired it becomes one of the most important attributes you can nurture in life.


If an individual can be encourage to develop a high self-esteem he or she will learn how to become more self reliant and confident in their ability, not only to cope, but to excel at whatever it is they wish to achieve. It is not an arrogance or vanity. It is an ability to be assertive where necessary without coming over as overly aggressive. High self-esteem and confidence are traits that are admired by most and desired by many.


They are an inner state of dignity that is externally displayed to others. People like to be around those who exude high self-esteem and confidence. Such people have an aura that indicates a high level of self-worth. It comes over to others as an admired confidence and general feeling of well-being. It is about feeling good about ones self and can have a direct effect on all things in life - including work and social relationships.


Others measure your level of confidence in a number of different ways. It effects how you physically appear. Negative non-verbal communication (NVC) suggests a low-level of confidence. Become more conscious of the NVC you may be displaying and you can start having more control over how others perceive you. Crouch forward as you walk and observers will think differently towards you were they to see you to walk with straight back and head held high. Too high and people may think you were quite literally 'looking down your nose at them'.


The level of self-confidence an individual has can often be connected to impressions he holds about himself and are based on his successes and failures. Failure, if not checked, can breed further failure.


Self-esteem can also be affected by the way people perceive themselves physically. If a person views their appearance in a negative light, this is likely to reflect in their body language, and will make them appear far less confident. A high self-esteem is a vital ingredient in this thing we call 'success'. The way you feel about yourself has an effect upon the way you feel about others, and the way they feel about you. These feelings become part of our beliefs.


Beliefs are often a matter of faith. This applies in more areas than just the spiritual. We need to believe in ourselves, in our own abilities and strengths. Without that belief we are weakened and are unlikely to realize our full potential. It's about being whom we 'believe' we are.


If you were able to harness your self-esteem do you agree that your levels of confidence would surely follow? Can you imagine the huge benefits such ability could have? This phenomenon has something to do with something known as the 'Placebo Effect'.


Before each and every medication produced by pharmaceutical companies can be offered for sale it has to be thoroughly tested. One such test is to measure the effectiveness of the medication against a control, known as a placebo. A placebo, in this context, is a medicine, pill or potion that has absolutely no medicinal qualities whatever. In effect, it is a 'sugar pill.'


It has long been recognized that if a patient truly believes that a pharmacologically inactive substance has an ability to cure, then, amazingly, it can, and often does. Research has shown that the power of the human mind has the ability to make people better. It also has the capability to dramatically improve self-esteem and confidence.


In medicine when we take a placebo we are not told that it is such; our subconscious mind is convinced by our conscious mind that the medicine is going to help us recover from illness. We have faith in the medicine, for we don't know that it is inert. Our recovery therefore comes from within, and it is the power of the subconscious that heals us. The purveyors of so called quack medicines relied on this to succeed in selling their products, which were often little more than colored sugar water.


The subconscious part of the brain is like a sponge. It absorbs information uncritically. Normally, we have no control over what it soaks up and thus have no means of directly influencing it. The conscious part of our mind acts like a gatekeeper and tries to filter and make sense of what our subconscious is saying. When we have vivid dreams our conscious mind is off duty and we are flooded with the apparent chaos of the contents of the subconscious.


If we can find ways to convince the subconscious that certain things are true we will have found a route that opens up enormous possibilities. Put quite simply, it is possible to directly influence the subconscious mind by using inert, harmless, placebo-like techniques.


Confidence and self-esteem are much about having a belief, a faith in our own ability. Motivational, conference speakers often stand in front of large audiences of intelligent and often well-educated delegates and then entertain them whilst educating, motivating and inspiring them. This is not natural. They were not born with such ability. Any confidence they exude is a trait they discovered, developed and now often gladly share with others. Not only do they practice what they preach, they are also preaching what they practice.


Their main role is usually to inspire and motivate staff to greater things. They achieve this through a tried and tested system of internal and external factors. They provide them with an improved level of self-confidence that empowers them with a realistic and positive view of themselves. They are recharging their batteries so that the lights of self-esteem can glow bright again. This is of course assuming a glow was there to begin with! If not, fear not, all is not lost.


Self-esteem and confidence can be acquired and then should be practiced regularly. They are rooted in identity reinforcement and are the very foundation upon which members of staff begin to build and grow.


Establish a high level of self-esteem in employees and improved self-confidence will surely follow. Confident staff are more motivated staff and levels of motivation usually have a direct link to success and failure.

Discover the 8 Steps To A Mountain moving faith

" If you have faith as a grain of musterd seed you can say to this mountain : move ! And it will move ! And nothing will be impossible to you. " (Luke 17 and Matthew 17 Bible)


You can transform your life and your future if you will discover and dispatch the power of mountain moving faith to your life or business situation.


You can accomplish what seems at first impossible if you will take the eight steps of mountain moving faith.


There are many people who claim to live by faith but remain low achievers. We all know individuals who claim to exercise real faith yet they accomplish little or nothing. What's wrong ?


Frequently failure is the result of a too shallow faith.


Mountain moving faith is not merely touching your toes in the water. Mountain moving faith is faith that dares to step into deep water.


Look now at the eight steps on how to get you to a mountain moving faith.


a. Step 1 : Dreaming.


Mountain moving faith begins with a dream. "Success is the realization of a world wide dream !" Unquestionably the greatest power in the world is the power of a creative idea. All success begins with a dream. You can measure the size of a man or woman by the size of his or here dreams.


Faith begins with an act of imagining. "If you don't have a dream, how can dreams come true ?"


Begin now by using your God power within yourself to paint a picture of what you would like to accomplish. Reject all impossibility thoughts and all disadvantage complexes. Imagine yourself as a friend of the Mighty, a partner of the Wealthy and a co-worker with the Almighty.


Faith begins with a dream but it must move to deeper levels before success will be realized.


b. Step 2 : Desiring.


Faith in deeper water is wanting something so badly that someday, somehow, somewhere, sometime, you know you shall have it. More faith is shattered by lack of desire than by real doubt.


No man or woman will ever believe that he or she can move a mountain unless he really wants that mountain to move. Almost anything can be accomplished by the person who really wants to succeed. The old adage is true : If there is a will, there is a way. "We believe what we want to believe ! Believing is wanting !"


Apply this definition of faith to your dreams. To begin with, you must know what you want. Visualize in details what you want to achieve. With a confused and muddled picture of what you are going after, do not be surprised if you fail.


Therefore, an early step in mountain moving faith is forming A DETAILED MENTAL PICTURE OF YOUR DREAM.


If you want your dream badly enough, you will plan, organize, reorganize and work until you get what you want. Great desire marshals great determination. Faith is wanting something with all your heart.


After you know what you want, you must censor these desires. The moral questions must be asked at this point : "Is this right ? Would God want this ? Can I ask God to be my partner in this dream venture ?" Faith builds strong muscles when it get a "Yes" to all these important questions.


c. Step 3 : Daring.


Doubt is frequently a lack of courage. Fear of embarassment along with fear of involvement or fear of personal self-sacrifice is enough to keep you from wanting to make a commitment of faith to an idea, a dream, a project or a cause. With God on your side you will dare to run risks.


Mountain moving faith is not merely dreaming and desiring. It is daring to risk a failure. For faith is making a DECISION with no guarantee of succes. If success is certain then a venture is no longer an act of faith. Faith without risk is a contradiction. Faith is taking a chance on something before you can be sure how everything will finaly work out.


Remember this : "Every time you make a choice you take a chance." "The saddest words of tongue or pen are these : it might have been."


Faith is daring to risk disappointment. If you never try, you will never lose. Faith is daring to be a chance taker. Here is how success will work for you. Chance taking generates exitement. Exitement generates enthousiasm. Enthousiasm generates energy. You have a success cycle going.


d. Step 4 : Beginning.


You have a dream, you have ruled fear out of your thinking, now get going.


It is not enough to dream, desire and dare. Mountain moving faith now begins to act as if nothing is going to stop the dream from succeeding.


Faith must move from the level of imagination into the level of conversation and then into the level of concrete organization.


Get started ! Do something ! "Beginning is half done !"


e. Step 5 : Expecting.


Hope is the great power that can move you to success. Why ? Because when a men or woman expects to win, he or she does not hold anything back, but gives his or here project all that he or she's got.


When you expect success, then you hold nothing back, but stick your last dime, spend your second wind energy and gamble your priceless reputation, confident that you'll make it. Such extreme dedication almost always leads to success. When people know that you have given your wonderfull idea all that you've got, they will march to your site and help you on to victory and success.


f. Step 6 : Affirming.


Faith is affirming success before it comes. Faith is making claims to victory before it is achieved. This is very difficult to do but most important.


Mountain movers are people who boldly predict success. They know that they have to convey an image of winning or they will never gain the following they need to achieve their goal.


Affirming is enthousiasm generating faith. Great affirmations heighten the sense of expectancy and generate great enthousiasm. Affirm success and you will visualize yourself winning.


g. Step 7 : Waiting.


Almost every venture goes through a period of time when problems are overwhelming. This is the time to remind yourself that mountain moving faith is faith with hold the line power. Faith is patience. Men or woman who really succeed are men or woman who know that every project goes through phases when there is nothing to do but wait.


This is especially true when we have experienced what may appear to be a failure or a costly setback. Successful people are men and woman who refuse to believe in defeat. Their infinite patience generates fantastic bounce back ability.


Where the average individual quit, the positiv thinker bounces back, confident that somehow some way, sometime a new opportunity will come along to pull him or here up and on to success.


Time has a way of proving that what looks like a setback is really good fortune wearing a false mask.


h. Step 8 : Accepting.


We all face situations when our mountain does not move in spite of all we do.


Then, the only thing we can do is offer that profound prayer of faith offered by Jesus Christ :


"My Father, all things are possible unto Thee. Nevertheless, not my will, but Thine be done."


"Thy will be done" towers above all human utterances as the supreme statement of faith on the deepest level. Mountain moving faith is surrendering, letting go and letting God take over.


How can you surrender your dreams or your problems to God ? Only God knows what's good and what's bad for us.


If your mountain will not move, surrender it to God. He will either move it or show you how you can turn it unto a mine or a monument.

Keeping Faith

Keeping The Faith


Please bear with me. Desperately needs advice. I have dated this girl for a year, and we will hit an impass many times because of religion we wanted two different religions and potential our children to have faith and just faith.


For me, that seemed to be a little unfair. I would also like to share my kids spirituality, and would also like to take in my church and experience just what I had while growing up. She did not want that. He said that it would be alright if I got my church, but children could pray with me or God "my".


I tried to explain that we are all one and all God's children. I said that our children will benefit from what is being offered in the two religions. Furthermore, since we care so much about each other, we should respect each other's beliefs.


We never reached an agreement, and three months ago we broke for good.Last week was invited to dinner. Someone told me this date for a month, but that didn't work I was hurt because. thought dating another makes me sick.


One thing led to another, and have close. when we told this separation will always be my love and my e-mail when you become involved in such a way that you won't have to ask "what if." Also said one day can change your mind and to agree with my views on children.


I don't know what to do. Oh, one more thing, before I had a dating relationship four month with a married man twice the age.


SIG, a person who proposes this feels so strongly about religious faith needs to date within this faith.But only partially describes your situation.


Former girlfriend looks devise the rules as she goes. behavior of does not reflect a life lived in religious teachings. is like it tries to add piety itself religious fervor speaking children who do not yet exist.


This also giving you hope for the future, if it can't find someone else, and because they are close together, you feel possessive about this.So the thought of dating another makes me sick. think also fear about the uncertainties of dating again.


Don't let your desire for a blind your relationship with what is happening.Allowing her to come back to you, because it can't find someone else is in the interests of, not yours. your doing a disservice to the proverb that loves you, because what you are describing a woman you like up to the point where you are not a religion.

My friend Missy is getting married this Saturday. I have the honour of maid. Fiance of missy has expressed its concern about their sexual lives. Basic isn't getting any.


Fiance of missy has asked Missy's friends, including me, to discuss this. so far, nothing seems to work. said just must be made to this aspect of their relationship to the rest of his life. I know this is a personal issue, but there is something I could do to help?

There is no suggestion in this letter that Missy save for marriage itself Rather than live. believes that he has accepted it as such. Letters as you lead us to want to scream with frustration when we will receive a letter asking if he should mislead or divorce?
